With 20+ years of HR and Recruiting experience in a variety of industries, I provided recruitment consulting services to 30+ startups and other small companies since 2012, leading a variety of talent acquisition initiatives, not only matching the right people to the right jobs, but also using my straightforward, honest and empathetic approach to develop processes and systems that raise the bar in how recruiting is conducted.
My comprehensive services improved candidate experience, empowered managers, eased hiring team stress, and lowered overall time-to-fill (my cumulative average remained at <30 days for my entire tenure for 100+ positions filled). My foundation in human resources generalist work in a variety of industries ensured my work was backed up by an understanding of employment law, employee benefits, performance management, diversity and training/development...all which enhanced my skills as a recruiting professional.
While I left the profession to pursue the next chapter in my career that wholly embraces the social and environmental good, I am grateful for the 22 years spent in the field and how it's helped me help others in so many ways.
